Designing Homes. Inspiring Women. Elevating Small Businesses.
The heart behind Lori B Chic Designs

Hi, I’m Lori Bryan, founder of Lori B Chic Designs, long-time boutique owner, vintage + modern designer, small-town influencer, and a woman who believes your home (and your business) should reflect the story you’re proud to tell.
I opened my first boutique, Chic Antiques, almost 20 years ago. I am proof that you can build a brand with a vintage soul. I was open JUST 3.5 days a month. I turned that limited schedule into a thriving 6 figure business. I was so busy that I decided to sell my buildings and take my business online.
My journey didn’t start off glamorous.
I rebuilt my life as a single mom working 60+ hour weeks.
I decorated my home with $3 garage-sale finds.
And at 41, I opened Chic Antiques with nothing but creativity, faith, and grit. I had no marketing background. I never went to college. I had never even worked in retail.
Then, after 8 years following the “typical” open-all-the-time store model… I made a wildly unconventional decision:
I reduced my hours to just 3.5 days a month and more than doubled my revenue.
Not by accident.
By strategy, branding, community-building, and an experience people couldn’t wait to be part of.
That decision changed everything.
It taught me that women don’t need permission, they just need a plan.
A strategy.
A belief that their story matters.
Now, at age 59, I’m beginning yet another new chapter:
Helping women create warm, intentional, homes and build lives they love, right where they are.
What I do today:
